All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped or is ready for pickup.

We currently ship within the United States.

Orders under $75 are charged a flat shipping rate of $7.77. Orders of $75 or more qualify for free shipping.

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier.

Daily Rites Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Daily Rites Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.

If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist where we can.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.

We will review and work with you to find a resolution.
