All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.
Daily Rites Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available at our designated pickup location during the following hours:
Tuesday-Thursday 11 AM-7 PM
Need a different time? Send us a message and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

• Orders should be picked up within 7 days
Daily Rites Co. is not responsible for orders once they have been marked as picked up.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Daily Rites Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist where we can.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.
