Returns & Refunds
At Daily Rites Co., each product is intentionally crafted in small batches. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at dailyritesco@gmail.com. Include your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Allergies & Sensitivities
Please review ingredient lists carefully before purchasing. We are not responsible for reactions to ingredients. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend performing a patch test prior to use.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly, but if you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Shipping Issues
Once a package has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance. If needed, we are happy to help guide you through the process.
