7. Do your products melt in warm weather?
Because our products are made with natural butters and oils, they may soften or melt during transit in warmer temperatures.
If your product arrives softened, simply place it in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to restore its texture. This does not affect the quality or effectiveness.
We recommend bringing packages inside promptly after delivery to avoid heat exposure.
