What is your refund, return & cancellation policy?
Because our products are handmade in small batches, we’re unable to accept cancellations after 24 hours of placing an order.
If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in production or being prepared for shipment.
Due to the personal-use nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right.

Once a package is marked delivered, we are not responsible. Please contact the carrier, but we’re happy to help guide you.

How should I store my products?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Do your products melt in warm weather?
Because our body butters are made with natural butters and oils, they may soften or melt during transit in warmer temperatures.
If your product arrives softened, simply place it in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to restore. Texture may change though this does not affect the quality or effectiveness.
We recommend bringing packages inside promptly after delivery to avoid heat exposure.
Daily Rites Co. is not responsible for melting due to high temperatures during shipping.
